Phase One strives to be more than a tournament. We aim to cultivate a community of amateur and collegiate Esports opportunities, from screen to screen across North America. Esports remains on gaming’s cutting edge but there is so much more that it has to offer. We want to walk alongside athletes and offer them a chance to compete at their skill level. We believe that every player has the potential and want to give them a platform to show their capabilities. We understand the struggle of supporting your team’s growth and offer paths to recruitment for coaches and recruits alike. We believe that opening our community to all players gives organizations, schools and teams gives us the opportunity to engage off the map. Where traditional athletics rely on camps and showcases, Esports opportunities are far more abundant. Through a strong network of coaches and recruiters, we are able to give you the chance to showcase your skills to colleges, teams, and organizations across North America.
